Work under the guidance of the production manager and
execute the orders in collaboration with the operators
Manage and monitor the stock of ink especially used ink
and discuss with quality and production manager on best
way and orders where we can use it
Adhere and monitor the compliance of the operators to the
safety and hygienic rules as per plant policy
Check daily attendance and sign it and submit it to
production manager
Ready on call basis to go and solve any delayed issue on
the machines (on night basis)
Submit daily production report summary to production
manager and discuss daily the workers need and issues (if
any)
Fill and submit the daily transfer finish goods to production
manager for his approval prior to submitting it to
warehouse supervisor for receipt
Discuss and sign NCR (non conformity report) done by
quality officer prior to its submittal to quality manager to
take GM decision on hold or rejected items
Keeping an eye and follow up on the hold area and make
sure to execute the GM decision after production manager
informs about it.
Responsible for preparing weekly and daily machines
manning as per planning sheet and get it approved by
production manager (especially over time allocations)

Set the needed order as per quality job file to ensure right
output
Work in coordination with quality team to get the proper
results
Follow instruction given by planning department to
production supervisor
Adhere to factory safety rules and certifications
Set the order in the fastest possible setup and reduce down
time and ink consumption
Perform minor repairs on the printer (tension and ink
chamber blades)
Work closely with production supervisor to achieve
production output goals.
Perform daily machine inspection by lubricating moving
parts etc.
Fill and write the order production report for proper
documentation and submit it to the production supervisor.
Keeping the surrounding of the machine clean and tidy
