 Performing site Surveys to prepare final design for implementing ODN and Splice plan.
 ROW release to Construction team and ensuring proper implementation.
 Physical AT of ODN elements like ONT, S1, S2, distribution network, feeder and ONT.
 Vendor management for timely completion of construction work with efficiency.
 Ensuring customer and building acquisition as per planned targets.
 Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
 Managing HC technicians and providing post instillation home care services as per SLA.
 Periodic audits of Customer premises for providing on time solutions to issues & escalations.
 Ensure material availability, issuing and safekeeping by coordinating with stakeholders.
 Supervising business team for daily sales and distribution.

Network Deployment, Planning, Commissioning & Implementation.
 Network (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) - Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting
 Training and providing backend support to the field engineers in network deployment.
 Integration of E-Node B, Creating Script as per VLAN and POP sites of the network.
 Commissioning of MW Links and Alarm monitoring.
 Deployment of FTTH, SDH, PDH, IWAN equipment’s like ONT, Ericsson ML Craft, NEC, Nokia Flexi packet, Huawei RTN-900, Ceragon IP_10, IP_20 and ZTE  Deployment of DWDM Equipment’s like Huawei OSN 1800, 8800, ECI BG 20, 30, 40 and Alcatel CEN-7750 Routers.
 Troubleshooting of ADSL Routers to restore the internet connectivity
 Media routing on OLT, TN, RTN, ECI Mux & Commissioning of routers, Access Points.  Troubleshooting of Live sites and clearing various Hardware and network Alarms.  OSS Network monitoring and fault tracing on BTS and RNC’s, IWAN and FTTH nodes.
 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and expenditures.
 Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
 Making sure that clients’ needs are met efficiently as projects evolve.
 Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
 Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
 Troubleshooting of Routers Access Points and Computers systems.
 Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DHCP, SIP, OSPF, IGP, BGP, EIGRP, RIP protocols

RF Optimization and maintaining KPI of the network.
 RF optimization SCFT, drive test. RSRP, RRSI, RSRQ, SINR, BLER measurement.
 RRCSR, ERAB SR, ERAB DCR, Mobility, Throughput Improvement.
 Integration of GSM sites (RBS 2204, 2204v2, 2206, 2964, 2954, 2111, flexi/ultra).
 Installation of TMA & Band pass Filters on live sites.
 Alarm monitoring & rectification on various Ericsson and Huawei equipment’s.
 Commissioning and Integration Huawei RTN and Ericsson traffic Node.
 Preventive maintenance of live 2G, 3G, and 4G equipment’s (BSC, BTS, RTN, SDH).
 Installation of DDF modules and microwave equipment's, Nokia Flexi and Ultra BTS.
 Software upgrade of various BTS nodes and transmission equipment’s and RF Modules.
 Good analytical and thinking ability to resolve fault permanently.
 Deployment of WCDMA technology equipment’s like DUW & Base Band.
 Traffic shifting and SNCP protection of live sites
 Planning and deployment of Small cell, Wi Fi hotspots and Wi Max nodes.
 Quality Check and assessment of Project and Live sites in Network.
 Commissioning of Microwave equipment’s.

Handling office management and reporting to Director.
Handling Emails, Transactions, Refunds and Client queries.
Updating website database and online marketing.
Creating marketing and promotional campaigns (Strategic)
Creating artworks and concepts for campaigns (Creative Art)
