• Handled multiple projects in Retail Banking Portfolio’s ‘Cards Program’ reporting to Program Manager
• Projects managed are Maestro to Master Card, Virtual Credit Card, Credit Card Instant Issuance, Contactless Debit Card & Automation of credit card PIN delivery
• Currently Managing a Project called ‘Apply Online for Credit Card, Additional Account, Personal Loan and Auto Lease’ in Remote Banking Portfolio
• Managing a Project in Corporate Banking Portfolio called Prepaid Cards Project
• Projects are managed according to Riyad Bank’s Project Development Lifecycle right from Concept Phase till Implementation
• Conducted estimation workshop with several applications to obtain estimate and formulate delivery schedule
• Identified Risks, Issues during the beginning of Project and arrive at the Risk Mitigation plan to avoid Risks and Issues
• Responsible for vendor engagement and delivering the outcome from Vendor as well as Riyad Bank IT team on time
• Hands on experience in planning quarterly BAU CR release plan for Remote Banking Portfolio
• Experience in delivery execution, monitoring and control of BAU CR’s for Remote Banking Portfolio for the last two quarters

Getting test cases reviewd and approved by Senior Test Engineer, Upon approval of test cases, execute the test cases and capture before and after Test results and obtain approval from Test manager for executed test cases. Involved in Documenting the process followed during testing Lifecycle.
