• Project cost (187 million SAR)
• Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approve the shop-drawings and revising the material submittals.
- Supervision at site of the mechanical activities such as Domestic and sewer water networks and HVAC systems, and Fire protection
- 285 villas complex, sewer water treatment plant, commercial building all these under our supervision
- Prepare the reports to client and handover according to the project documents and specifications
- Selecting the suitable equipment and brands with co-ordination with the client

Contractor : Saudi Bin-Ladin group (PBAD)

• Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards and mechanical Quality are being met.
- Supervision at site of the mechanical activities such as Domestic and sewer water networks and HVAC systems, and Fire protection
- Ensure all works carried out comply with the Mechanical drawings and project specifications.
- Participate in the review of shop-drawings, materials submittal, and method of statements to ensure the smooth running of the project
In addition to preparing the punch & snag list and following these points with the contractor to finalize and handover the project to the client KSU.
• 3 Projects :

1. King SAUD University (KSU)- Girls Campus project (over 8 billion SAR )
The project is divided into 11 zones which cover a built-up area of approx. 1, 000, 951 sq-m with 70 separate structures.

2. Sports Campus project (720 million SAR)
The sports campus includes an arena with 10, 000 seats for spectators suitable for both athletics, to international standards. Other facilities in the campus include a 50m Olympic standard swimming pool, with separate diving and 25m training pools

3. KSU Football Stadium (370 million SAR)
The new stadium is compliant with the specifications of football's major governing authorities, including FIFA.The new stadium has 21, 800 seats for general viewers, plus several seats for VIPs and special enclosures for the members of the royal family

Senior Mechanical engineer in erection of HVAC system & chilled water piping network under ground pipeline (Socotherm pipes)& FIRE PROTECTION &Plumbing is in my scope of work, good supervision of the junior mechanical site engineers in one team, Borg El-Arab Int’l Airport JV ofOrascom construction industries & Besix Belgium group - consortium of Japan Airport Consultants, NACO of the Netherlands and ECG engineering consultant group ).

Mechanical site engineer (Rotating equipment engineer) in the Ammonia Plant project at El- Sokhna KBR, EBIC, Orascom construction industries
Responsible on Unloading and Inspection of the gas turbine major auxiliaries at the installation site and their placement on the foundation, Geometric dimensional check of foundation, equipment and auxiliaries skids positioning, leveling (ensure liveliness and elevations of sub sole plates and perform contact checks between sub sole plates and package supports) and alignment • Installation and assembling activities of gas turbine and auxiliary equipment such as oil console, air system, interconnection piping, coolers, oil flushing, blowing, etc, leading 20 technicians, works by the reverse & laser alignment on equipments

Assistant of the electromechanical manager & Site engineer in erection of HVAC system & piping network is in my scope of work & chilled water pumps & installation of boilers , Housing and Development Bank project AT Dokki, Cairo ARAB contractors (osman ahmed osman).

Mechanical Site engineer in the Electromechanical works as erection of 22 Fans in the Steam turbine building at EL-KURIYMAT POWER STATION 750 MW III project at ARAB Contractors (Osman Ahmed Osman).

studying and pricing mechanical work in tenders. •Plan, review and coordinate design and construction operations to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications. •Provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed. •Responsible for the design, supervision and of project drawings and specifications for HVAC Services, fire fighting protection design and plumbing analysis. •Ensuring completion of projects per schedule within budget, in accordance with quality standards. •Review material acquisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met per the position discipline. •Responsible for following up the mechanical work progress for all sites. •Responsible for attending coordination meetings with other departments. •Other duties as assigned.
