Responsible for installing, configuring & maintaining windows & Linux servers including web servers and also responsible for fixing application issues, system issues any incident that is disrupting the IT-Infrastructure that business user depends on. Providing immediate attention in crucially or live issues.

To ensure Servers running on Windows and Linux, Desktops are up and running, common troubleshooting, network connectivity and LAN related issues and troubleshooting
• Antivirus and all other related software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• To ensure correct implementation of Toll, HTMS, and fiber optics work.
• To coordinate all quality processes during and post installation phase.
• Run the procedures in Oracle database while changes in Toll Tariff.
• Trouble shoots in user login.
• To ensure that all routine and scheduled maintenance activities are carried out on all systems and sub systems of Tolling as per the equipment manuals supplied by the equipment suppliers.
• Installation and trouble shooting of network printers and office systems.
• Trouble shoots of Citrix client software.
• Extract ATCC (Automatic Traffic Count Classification) data from data loggers from various locations through fiber optic communication.
• Monitoring of Meteorological equipment and generating weather reports.
• To maintain the communications backbone and the network on the route and within the centers and sub centers.
• To establish a backup and recovery procedure for data.
• Reporting the details related to hardware inventory to Senior and management.

• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Keep good LAN connectivity of all systems to server
