My job for included but not limited to the following tasks:

Pre-Contract: prequalification of Contractors and Consultants, draft expression of interest and invitation letters, preparing tender circulars and post tender clarification letters, review contract guarantees and Insurances Policies, draft Tender and Contract Documentation for 30 design, general and construction packages, draft and advise various Addenda and Letter of Acceptance, tender technical and commercial evaluation and recommendations, financial reports & accounts assessment.

Post Contract: Administer Multiple contracts under various construction Contractors, Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of the contract and its integral documents, Arrange the Kick-off meeting with contractors/consultants, receive and attend to contract correspondence, snag lists, retentions, delays, defects and recoveries, Co-ordinate and communicate with staff, audit Interim and Final payments, participate in the preparation of variations, disputes, analysis of claims and post-contract, Advise the staff on all levels with detailed information on each tender and contract, take appropriate action regarding substantial and final completion of works, Review and certification of payment certificates, analysis of claims, evaluation of new unit rates, preparation of variation order along with cost estimate, negotiation with contractors, reconciliation of BOQs, monitoring of financial status of the contract and cost control, project closeout and settlement of final accounts, drafting taking over and completion certificates.
