• Providing a supervision, leadership, and oversight to IT networks projects and IT networks team to ensure adherence to schedule, operation, cost and quality and meeting business objectives.
• Overseeing technology operations (e.g. network, security) and end user network computing environment for users.
• Identify the need for upgrades and keep the system current at all times ensuring stability and security of IT networks systems.
• Devise and establish IT networks policies to support the implementation of strategies set region and/or enterprise.
• Engage Regional and Corporate Office for network system implementation, enhancement and operational support.

• Establishes and manages effective relationships between business partners and IT networks section.

• Develops IT networks performance metrics and oversees monthly reviews with the Business leadership team and IT team.
• Manages the IT networks strategy and planning and IT communications teams to ensure a high standard of performance.
• Reviews management processes (and decisions) to ensure compliance with the organization’s strategy for corporate governance of information.
• Leads team responsible for engineering, developing and maintaining processes and documentation for ITM areas.
• Works closely with internal clients to understand and define KPI’s to meet business requirements and SLAs.
• Coordinates critical incident communication to all senior IT and business stakeholders while driving all critical incidents to resolution.
• Maintains business level knowledge of what the key applications for business area are.
