Project implementation: planning, designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporng LAN infrastructure and CBK-related projects.

Acting as the point of contact for all escalated matters, ensuring proper resolution with agreement from both business and technology.

Application support, installation, and configurations in coordination with the Global IT Team.

Providing domain desktop device support.

Performing patching, vulnerability management, and domain server support.

Ensuring physical desktop/server readiness, inventory management, and non-domain server support.

Performing security operations, including firewall/antivirus/ACL/voice support.

Updating and adhering to Information Security and ISPM policy quidelines.

Managing the DR site and ensuring it is operational while planning and executing BCP drills as per schedule.

Ensuring quality and value-added customer servicing.

Coordinating and aligning business and technology needs, recommendations, and communication.

Vendor coordination to achieve timely completion of projects and problem resolution.

Focusing on CBK guidelines, requirements, and developments within defined timelines.

Managing daily operational issues to closure.

Overseeing a portfolio of projects, ensuring completion according to agreed time and budget.

Addressing project realignments and communicating priority agreements and settings.

Managing daily interactions with technology teams.

Monitoring SLA adherence and enforcing compliance with agreed measures.

Ensuring compliance with regulator and audit requirements for Kuwait Branch.

Understanding security architecture, practices, and procedures.

Coordinating with IS teams to develop local security requirements, communicating with HO units, and updating as appropriate.

Tracking IT assessment reports and acting for closure with technology teams.

Providing inputs and recommendations to improve IS practices and procedures for the country.

Managing information security-related incidents in coordination with HO.

Maintaining and updating the inventory of hardware and software.

Managing access to bank areas as per policy.

Develop and execute the organization's information security strategy, policies, and procedures.

Identify and mitigate security risks related to airline IT systems and operations.

Ensure compliance with global aviation regulations, data protection laws, and security standards (e.g. PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, Swift CSP).

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify security gaps.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remediate identified risks and ensure secure integration of new technologies.
