Job description and Responsibility:

• Complete All Concrete Structure Work Including ( box culvert, catch pit, high way ditch, Military crossing and pipes duct, street lights, moc manholes for telecommunications and telephone cables, KOC culverts constructions )
• Complete all soil works including ( sub grade, sub base, cement treated)
• Complete all Asphalt work including ( Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, Mc, Tack coat and emulsion )
• Complete all fencing work and Guard rill work
• High way contain 26 KM distance
• RHS ( Right hand side ), LHS ( Left hand side ) and median
• Complete 100% of all asphalt and soil works including ( sub grade, sub base 1, sub base 2, loading of gatch for soil improvement, asphalt type 1, type 2, type 3, soil compaction test for layers, permeability test, asphalt test for three types and core test
• Complete 100% of concrete structure work (blinding, raft footing, retraining walls, beams, galvanized steps, and precast slabs for catch pit).
• Complete 100% of finishing work ( sign boards, road marking work and studs NR type and NC type, foam and mastic for openings, curbstone, interlock tiles, electrical fitting, lighting pole, Roundabout, Trees, traffic light and riprap rocks for sea view )
• Arrange site work as team with labors and foreman.
• Quantity survey, supervising casting concrete.
• Prepare subcontractors payments.
• Checking and inspected steel fixer work and carpenter work (shuttering work), soil works and compaction m asphalt work
• Follow up civil approved shop drawing.
• Arrange daily reports, checklist, and schedule of work, weekly and monthly reports and distribute the labors and arrange their work.
• Dealing with manufactures (concrete, precast national industry company, Glefar concrete manufacture, Gelfar asphalt manufacture).
• Aware of concrete tests: a) crushing concrete cube b) slump test c) core test.
• Aware of asphalt tests: a) compaction type 1, type 2, type 3, b) core test c) bitumen test
• Good experience on required permits for work: excavation permit, road crossing permit, safety permit, site office permit and municipality permit
• Follow up subcontractors payments and required materials equipment for their work and quality of work.
• Good experience on mobilization of site office, storage yard, loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Good experience on equipments of site contain ( grader, loader, pop cat, asphalt roller, soil roller soil trucks, asphalt trucks, asphalt pavour ) distribution and arrange their works
