- Morocco: Led the performance of a feasibility study for the development of an eco-resort. The work included a market study, project concept, business planning, financial feasibility, and investor sourcing.
- Burkina Faso: conducted a technical study on financing sustainable tourism. The work included an assessment of fiscal policies and incentives, an international benchmark, and a recommendation of financing mechanisms to scale up public and private finance for sustainable tourism in Burkina Faso.
- Zambia: Performed a socio-economic assessment of COVID-19's impact on the tourism sector and the design of a recovery strategy in the short and medium term.
- DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo): Performed in collaboration with UNWTO the design of a national tourism strategy for the DRC government. Performed work included: quantitative & qualitative assessment analysis, the international benchmark of best practices, design of the national tourism strategy, and performance of next decade's work plan.

- Advanced territorial development dynamics: structuring of strategic tourism projects including feasibility assessment, investment sourcing and closing.
- Engaged the design and implementation of development mechanisms (i.e. local investment vehicles leveraging public and private investment) aiming to support the economic development in the country’s territories.
- Delivered strategic recommendations on tourism sector strategy including financing and investment drivers (i.e. Guarantee Fund, and Support mechanisms for SMEs).

SMVK is a shareholding company (JV of three private and public investors) created to enhance the Morocco cultural heritage through the conversion of Kasbahs (Ancient castles) into authentic boutique hotels.
- Sourced and secured the development of 3 authentic boutique hotels (a target portfolio of 10 units in the medium term) in partnership with different stakeholders.
- Prospected potential target companies and closed negotiations with the selected operator (performance of Business plans, Technical Assistance and Management Agreements).
- Supervised the technical assistance of different partners (i.e. architects, engineering firm, landscaper, general contractor...) and project’s execution in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification guidelines.

Provided advisory support to Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) for the development of the tourism sector in line with the Tourism Sector Strategy 2030. Initiatives developed within this project are the following:
- Delivered strategic recommendations to accelerate the tourism development portfolio by performing an assessment survey of investors’ expectations & challenges, and a global benchmark.
- Elaborated project-structuring mechanisms enabling QNTC to establish successful PPP partnerships with the investors.
- Designed and delivered a capacity-building program including investment climate enhancement measures and public governance mechanisms.
- Developed a comprehensive marketing and promotion plan enhancing Qatar brand for generating more investment flows.
- Provided support in human resources management: design and implementation of the management structure, resource sizing, staff recruitment and mentoring.

SMIT is the public arm of the Moroccan Government in charge of tourism development strategy, promotion, and investors’ support.
- Structured over USD 500 Million investments for mixed use and hospitality projects through co investment with institutional investors and developers.
- Established rewarding relationships and alliances enabling the engagement of over 7 billion USD of investments in the tourism sector: Investors sourcing, market & financial feasibility assessment, and conclusion of investment agreements.
- Supported financing mechanisms fostering investment in the sector in partnership with key stakeholders: creation of a guarantee fund, and projects fiscal support (e.g. land, infrastructure costs).
- Advanced country regulatory reforms aiming to enhance business climate and investors support mechanisms (i.e. review of investment framework, taxes & incentives…) in coordination with the key public and private stakeholders.

GCEMI is the Real Estate arm of BPCE Group, the second largest banking group in France.

Designed and implemented the financial strategy planning, directed acquisitions transactions, supervised all financial activities, ensured compliance with regulations and Parent Company procedures, fostered and cultivated stakeholder relationships.
- Successfully structured and closed equity JVs stakes for over USD 150 million.
- Optimized acquisitions transactions cost (related taxes) by saving USD 3 million.
- Secured debt capital to fund a real estate development portfolio of over USD 500 million investments.
- Provided direction and leadership to the staff including recruitment, mentorship, and training.

BMCI is the Moroccan subsidiary of BNP Paribas one of the largest international banks, offering leading investment banking, corporate and retail services.

Originated negotiated and closed deals with investors, supervised liaison with multiple departments (Risk, Tax and Legal) to negotiate term sheets and agreements, ensured the conclusion of legal documents in line with financial close.
- Originated and closed over 800 Million USD deals in project finance and acquisition finance within the key country industry sectors (Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Chemical Industry, and Hospitality).
- Provided direction and mentorship to reporting analysts in charge of deal structuring: performing due diligence, industry market research, and financial modeling.

- Performed assignments in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border) for large corporations and private equity firms: strategic assessment of target companies, due diligence performance to identify key deal issues which impacted valuation and negotiation of the target company, and financial modelling.

Performed consulting assignments in business transformation and change management for investment banks:
- HSBC (Paris): Performed the integration of a Front-To-Back tool enhancing the business efficiency of fixed income activity. Initiatives carried out include assessment of the business processes, implementation of the business solution, training and accompaniment of internal team in the deployment.
- BNP Paribas (Paris & London): Implemented integrated solutions streamlining deal flows in the capital market activity following the merger of BNP and Paribas. Initiatives carried out include assessment of the business processes, design and integration of the business solution.
