LRT Depot Project and At-Grade Project

• Provide functional support to MEP Engineers, Site engineers and Technical. Coordination between Construction Team, Technical Team, Subcontractors.
• Review of Detail Design Drawing from the consultant/designer. Checking coordination between MEP Services including Civil and Architectural Drawings. Make comments and suggestion.
• Review Shop drawings and Material Schedule from subcontractors against Detail Design Drawings and Combined Services Drawings. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding clashes with HVAC, Cable Trays, Fire Fighting Pipes, etc.
• Preparation of Field Change Request if there are clashes on site. Prepare sketch proposal to technical and designer.
• Preparation of Design Change Request if there are changes on site that will affect the design.
• Prepare or reply Request for Information to and from Technical team or Designer.
• Prepare drawing for Utility Network and mark the progress weekly for Progress Report. Identify the Installed Pipes and the remaining to be installed weekly. Identify the remaining fittings to be installed.
• Perform Site Inspection to identify the installed HVAC, Cable Trays, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Fighting and mark it in the drawing. Verify on site if the shop drawings are followed.
• Coordinate with QA/QC in closing Inspection and Test Report (ITR) by providing document or drawings to be approved for the closure of ITR.
• Prepare As-Built Drawing (Utility Network and Under Slab Drainage) base on Survey Points from surveyors, Approved Field Change Request, and Red Line Markup.
• Check and review As-Built Drawing created by Subcontractors based on Approved Field Change Request, Red Line Markup, Site Survey and Site Inspection.

Secondment to Qatari Diar Vinci Construction (QDVC)
LRT Depot Project
• Preparation of Shop Drawings for Utility Piping like Potable Water, Fire Water, Chilled Water, Foul Water and Irrigation Water.
• Responsible in preparation of Shop Drawing for Network Layout. This drawing includes Network Set Out Detail (Pipe Size, Coordinates, Invert Level), Chamber Set Out Detail (Valve Size, Cover Level, Invert Level of Chamber, Coordinates) and Blow Up detail.
• Prepare Shop Drawing for Valve Chamber as per Detail Design Drawing, and Supplier’s Catalog.
• Prepare Shop Drawing for Fittings as per Supplier’s Catalog like Bends, Tees, Reducers, Couplings, and Joints. These drawings also include Thrust Blocks to support the fittings underground.
• Communicate with Suppliers regarding their products like Valve Catalogs, Pipe, and Fitting Catalogs.
• Incorporate all comments and suggestion of Technical Engineers and Construction Team.
• Create Bill of Materials with the help of Quantity Surveyors to send this document to Procurement for initial order.
• Review and recheck Detail Design Drawing in draft format created by consultant before final submission. Make comments and suggestion.

• Provided technical leadership for definition, design and established engineering support while designing new drawings while revising existing drawings according to requirements.
• Prepared Plot Detail Drawings as per request and updating the latest master plan on a regular basis as per request of the Planning Department.
• Created the Plot Plan drawings and key plan drawings, general arrangement drawings, isometric drawings, pipe support drawings, performing root cause analysis, managing design guidelines, best practices and benchmarking information.

• Prepare Piping 3D Drawing in Bentley Autoplant Plant Design for Piping based on Engineer’s Sketch, P&ID and project specifications and procedures.
• Prepare Plot Plan, Keyplan, Pipe Support as per Project Standard and Procedures.
• Produced General Arrangement Drawing and Isometric extracted from 3D Piping Sketch.
• Create Material Take Offs as part of Isometric Drawing
• Perform Clash/Interface check with other discipline models.
• Prepare Line Number List, Valve List, and Equipment List using Microsoft Excel.
• Setup drawings for the team based on company drafting standard. Used client supplied CAD drawings to create XREFs for used as base plan within the team drawings.

•Responsible for the preparation of Engineering Detail Drawings for Pressure Vessels (Columns and Drums), Heat Exchanger, and Platform & Ladders based on layouts and sketches, mark-up drawings, and calculation sheets of engineers in conformance with customer’s requirements, project specifications, and standards in order to produce accurate and relevant basis for construction.
•Review of Vendor Document of Heat Exchanger such as Strength Calculation and Fabrication Drawing of General Assembly of vessel and its attachments based on Mechanical and Process Data Sheet, Project Specifications and Company Standards.
•Prepare Platform and Ladder Detail Drawing for Pressure Vessels (Columns and Drums) and Heat Exchanger based on latest piping information, engineering drawing, fabrication drawing of vessel and its attachment made by vendor and project & company standards.
•Prepare Interference Check for Vertical Pressure Vessels (Columns and drums) based on latest engineering drawing, general assembly made by vendor, project specs, and company standards.
•Revised Heat exchanger Calculation based on engineer's comment and mark-up drawings using the Heat Exchanger software, Aspen B-Jac Design System, and Microsoft Excel calculation program.

Prepare engineering detail drawing for General Assembly of Boilers and its components based on layouts and sketches, mark-up drawings of engineers in conformance with customer’s requirements, project specifications, and standard drawings in order to produce accurate and relevant basis for construction.
