Inspection & Acceptance of Works
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed works prior to formal approval and acceptance.
• Verify compliance of executed works with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Inspect and approve excavation, backfilling, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
• Inspect waterproofing systems and witness required testing procedures.
• Review and accept precast concrete elements in accordance with approved standards.
• Supervise concrete repair and rehabilitation works for compliance with specifications.
• Inspect and verify approved materials upon site delivery, ensuring proper storage and traceability.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and site observations for non-compliant works or materials.

Quality Control & Assurance
• Review and evaluate test results for concrete, soil, and construction materials for compliance.
• Enforce the use of approved materials throughout all construction activities.
• Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures across all project phases.
• Approve or reject completed works based on inspection findings and testing outcomes.
Review of Contractor Submittals
• Review and process Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor in a timely manner.
• Evaluate Shop Drawings and issue technical comments and recommendations.
• Assess Material Submittals and provide formal approvals or recommendations.
Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports reflecting site activities and status.
• Document site observations, non-conformities, and corresponding corrective actions.
• Follow up on the timely closure of outstanding comments and NCRs with the contractor.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, photographic evidence, and technical reports.
Project Progress Monitoring & Coordination
• Monitor actual site progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify deviations.
• Proactively identify delays and risks, escalating findings to project management.
• Facilitate coordination among Client, Contractor, and Consultant for seamless execution.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings, providing site-based input.

• Reviewed and verified shop drawings and construction drawings prior to commencement of works.
• Directly supervised site labor and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe execution.
• Monitored excavation, backfilling, foundations, columns, slabs, and finishing works against schedule.
• Coordinated with the Consultant to obtain approvals and facilitate timely inspections.
• Followed up on quality control testing for concrete, soil, and construction materials.
• Ensured full compliance with HSE requirements and site safety regulations.
• Measured and quantified completed works and submitted progress reports to management.
