1.Supervise call centre staff to ensure that they are appropriately
motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the
required standards.
2. Allocate workload to call centre staff, ensuring that it is evenly
distributed and that business targets are met.
3. Monitor the service levels provided by the call centre to ensure
that all quality standards are met.
4. Assist in the recruitment and selection of staff for the centre.
5. Maintain all required records of activity levels for management
control purposes.
6. Investigate and resolve any problems arising in the course ofproviding the service

Provide Technical Support to operations with respect to survey and positioning requirements.
Maintain support on, topography, charting, survey and positioning for all affiliate’s entities.
Maintain technical supervision of all Survey activities.
Define survey systems and equipment required for all surface positioning activities (drilling, installation, metrologies etc.).
Assist with the management of technical aspects of assigned Survey Contracts.
Participate in Call for Tender process, technical evaluation and selection of survey contractors.
Supervision and Quality Control of positioning, inspection, metrology, dimensional control and other survey operations.
Assist with the organization and validation of metrology and dimensional control operations for the manufacture of jumpers, spools or other equipment requiring accurate measurement control.
