Key Responsibilities:
• working in the commissioning team during the construction period of VCM Venyle chlorid monomer plant by
Applying the P&IDs and PFD and mechanical drawing also providing the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up processes of the plant.
• Follow the pre commissioning and commissioning for all equipment for make sure good status of all equipment before start up including (vessels pumps, column, exchangers, reboilers, reactors, furnace and compressor area )
• Follow the commissioning of refrigeration area (compressors screw type using propylene gas )
• Making commissioning and start up of the plant
• Field operator and panel officer (DCS operator)
• Operating production of EDC ethylene dichloride and purification in :
• EDC ethylene dichloride wash system
• Light and heavy ends removal in L.E, RECYCLE and RECOVERY COLUMN by FRACTIONAL DISTILLATION.
• Operation production of VCM and purification in CRACKING FURNACE, HCl, VCM column.


External training :(From INEOS technology specialists)
• Complete Training in distillation method and all branches of recovery.
• Full training in process of production and purification of (EDC).
• Full training in process of production and purification of (VCM).
• Full training in process of incinerator.
• Training in troubleshooting system.


External training :(From oil and gas skills )
• Natural gas processing technology(NGL, LNG, LPG)
• HAZOP
• Rotary & Static Equipment
• Fired Heaters & Heat Exchanging Equipment

Training inside company:
• Safety training and fire fighting system.
• ERP training from ERM (England Co.)
• Isometric of loop training

• Soil and plant tissue analysis.
• Raw material (seeds, fertilizers and chemicals) inspection to ensure that it meets the standard.
• Potato and corn inspection according to Frito-Lay standard procedure.
• Calibrating laboratory equipment's at a regular time.
• Following up programs and reporting deviations.
• Following up seeds approvals by the ministry of agriculture.
