Maintaining an Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) with Process Equipments

Shutdown and Periodic Maintenance of Field Instruments

Emergency Support related to DCS (ICSS), Process Equipment and Field Instrument issues

Programming and Configuration in ICSS (Logic, HMI, Alarm, Trends & Historical Reports etc., )

Maintaining a Control System Backups (Programming, Parameters, Archives and Historian etc., )

Calibration, Loop & Interlock Checking of Field Instruments and Analyzers

Attending Engineering / Maintenance Meeting with Managers to review Plant issues

Inventory Management (Spares) for Periodic Maintenance and Annual Shutdown

Creation of Instrument Item Code and Raising Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP System

Preparation of Scope of Work for Contractor Service to carry out Routine Maintenance and Shutdown Jobs

Work Instruction, Job Safety Analysis, Job Method of Statement, Tool Box Talk and Permit To Work

Toolbox Meetings with Subordinates on Safety Methods of Managing Job Activity Safely & Effectively

Analyzers, Pressure Transmitters (PT & DPT), Temperature Transmitter, Multi Variable Transmitter, Flow Meters, Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Emergency Shut-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves, Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), Pressure Regulating Valves (PRV), PCV (Pressure Control Valves, Thermocouple, RTD, Valve Positioners, Vibration Transmitters, Weigh Feeders, Belt Weigh Feeders, Level Switches, Limit Switches, Pressure Switches, Regulators and Gauges etc.,
