• Identify the Joint Venture strategic partner to bid jointly for upstream services projects in Lebanon based on their qualification, extensive past experience, and vision to grow in the Lebanese market.
• liaise with five governmental institutes to finalize all related licenses & permits needed for the company’s job
• Pitching our differentiated positioning and submittals with respect to the services offered by the company to multinational and local clients.
• Reconcile pricings, budgets, and deal requirements for business that align with the set company strategy agreed upon.
• Managing 5 clients’ accounts for a value of approx. $2M from job requests pricing up to invoicing & receivables.
• Qualifying and finalizing deals with 10+ subcontractors to ensure high service quality while considering saving cost, time efficiency, and performance.
• Planned and tracked import and export logistics of 2000+ shipments with shipping line and customs agents.
• Directing an operational team of 20 to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.

ARACO group is a general multi-disciplined contractor that operates in the field of road construction, asphalt, waste management, marine construction, renewable energy, and Oil & Gas Services. At this stage, I was reporting directly to GM with a team of 10 reporting under me (estimation, business development and administration).
Tasks & Achievements
• Approached approx. 30+ potential joint venture partners from all related disciplines to prequalify the company & bid jointly on 30+ potential projects either in Lebanon or abroad where a joint venture condition is requested.
• Development of growth plan with approx. 5+ investors seeking mutual growth in projects with a budget value of approx. +100MUSD in the field of Manufacturing & Power Generation.

• Developed and managed four concessions fully from tender submittal up to financing in the areas of Waste management; Sorting, Landfilling, Waste to Energy, and Solar Farms for a projects value over $500M.
• Directing an Internal team of 10+ team players to ensure smooth development operation.
• Responsible for Liaising with approx. 5+ governmental entities to facilitate the process of business
development, tender preparation, and contract awarding.
• Qualifying main subcontractors for tenders’ preparation process in partnership with multinational
consultants, and finalizing contract deals with subcontractors in supervision of the Legal department to
ensure a prompt and in time delivery of works.
• Recommendation of Project Manager for awarded contracts.
• Evaluating and reporting monthly & quarterly progress to management & clients while taking charge of
solving disputes.

• Responsible for preparing CAPEX & OPEX with Tender Manager for 10+ development projects; civil
construction, waste management, and marinas.

• Engaged in scheduling of oil tank shipments related matters and provided proper vessel discharge for clients.
• Monitored vessel discharge, and daily oil delivery processes in coordination between ship owner & oil storage terminals.
• Liaised with third-party surveyors to monitor quantitative and qualitative requirements upon vessel discharge.

• Constant check on storage inventories on a daily/weekly basis to maximize business efficiency.
• Coordinated fleet & dispatch between Storage Terminals & End User.
• Negotiated shipment schedules with vendors for efficiency; ensured scheduled maintenance of Storage
Terminal.

• Surf for information about the composition of chemical substances and analyzed processes
