• Supporting 5500 employees of West region (Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh) through a strong team of 16 HR professionals with close to 700 branches for all three businesses (Express, Digital and Fulfillment Center)
• Proactive HR consultancy to Business Heads in execution of business strategy, followed by working with businesses in people development, performance management, retention, succession planning and employee satisfaction to ensure success of business initiatives
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure right talent acquisition
• Manage employee relations scenarios, embedding of culture in frontline. Partner with employee relations on disciplinary issues and grievance redressal
• Effectively interface with service user area heads to build a strong HR function in region
• Furnish MIS, reports, salary inputs on time and with accuracy
• Employee file management, regular updation of employee personal data, joining-leaving formalities and f & f across the region
• Recruiting and keeping in pipeline optimum number of quality associates & DC manpower in accordance with business requirements considering past trend in perspective
• Assist and guide Regional Heads, State Managers, Cluster Heads, DC Heads & HR team for maintaining harmonious employee relations on continuous basis
• Adhering to all legal, statutory compliances, licenses, abstracts to be displayed in DCs.
• Dealing with inspections conducted by government departments in region
• Issuance of Appointment Letters for Associates and Staff up-to Asst. Manager level position in region
• Conducting open house, capture employee issues and resolve within stipulated time frame and as per schedule
