• Handled high skilled and unskilled team in both operations and projects and provided support and guidance for the successful execution of the projects
• Job card Preparation, Time sheet maintenance, raw material allotments and supervision to the production team and extended the support and project management guidance to the execution team.
• Assisting the sales department for the preparation of Technical material submittal, BOQ, drawings and project documents.
• Supervising the manufacturing and assembly of Municipality approved Trash Bins and Fabrication of Trash and Linen chute systems with all the accessories.
• Coordinate with all the department teams and prioritize the projects and planning up fronts with effective communications on work progress status.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets. Prepare regular status reports and updates to all the departments, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and milestones.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices during project execution, including site inspections and risk assessments and providing support for any changes.
• Responsible for monitoring all sub‐contractor works to ensure that the works are as per the job specifications, timeline and contract requirements.
• Obtain formal acceptance and hands off the project and ensure the systems are transferred to operations.
