• Responsible for Total Quality Assurance and Quality Control of the entire
project as per standard specification and monitoring the Quality Control
activities and field tests in all activities related to Quality requirements.
Maintaining the Quality Assurance systems and records.
• Responsible for Mix designs like GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, Concrete and
Asphalt Courses and all material testing.
• Monitoring the laboratory activities and ensuring that all site testing and
sampling are correctly implemented and that all results are properly
recorded and analysed.
• Taking preventive measurements and corrective measurements regarding
Quality Aspects.
• Carried out the field and laboratory tests.
• Ensuring the Quality Control testing is carried out as per the frequency.
• Ensuring the laboratory equipment properly calibrated and maintained.
• Carried out calibration for WMM Plant, Batching Plant & Hot mix Plant.
• Co-ordination with clients and consultants.
• Maintaining database of test records.

• Conducting of all tests of Cement i.e., Fineness, Soundness, Constancy, Initial-Final
setting, Sp gravity, and Mortar-Cubes casting and testing.
• Soil Testing of Borrow Area Material, Existing OGL, Material I.e.., FSI, GSA, LL&PL, MDD
and CBR.
• Collecting soil samples from Embankment and subgrade pits for FDD tests.
• Doing all lab related works which are assisted by Superiors.
• Writing Lab related reports like dry density reports, Gradation test reports, & Cube
test reports etc.
