1-Management Reporting: Develop monthly MIS, including P&L, cash flow, working capital, and KPIs for management and board review.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Compiling monthly Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow
reports.
• Lead the budgeting process, providing financial analysis for strategic decision-

• Direct day-to-day activities of the finance team, overseeing accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and petty cash.

● Liaison with sales team for budget/spending (TTS)
