Project:
Diriyah Gate will see 7 square km of the historic town of Diriyah transformed into a place to gather, explore, learn, shop, dine, live, and work. Parsons performs infrastructure project management to this development. Parsons will manage several packages on this program, including early work, bulk excavation, road and highway modification, road tunnels, bridges, underground metro and rail, drainage, a utilities network, a district cooling plant, vacuum waste systems, electrical substations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and direct the Lead Design Consultants activities, deliverables, changes, coordination to ensure consistency between design and construction phases and the interface with other stakeholders.
2. Reviewing and approving design work to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all projects.
3. Working closely with other departments such as construction, commercial, and project control to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
4. Initiate, manage, and lead the design change management process.
5. Monitor and advise the design impacts on the ongoing construction activities
6. Lead and record daily/weekly design progress & engineering progress meetings with the design consultants and Client and interface coordination meetings.
6. Work closely with the Project Team to resolve any existing or anticipated problems related to resources, quality of work, schedule performance or productivity.
7. Assist the Project team in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study.
8. Support Commercial Team with evaluation of consultants variations, claims and extension of time claims.
9. Provides support for Construction in answering and resolving technical design issues, clarification and interpretation of the design drawings, coordination with other sections.

Projects:
• I worked on a huge project consisting of a 32-floor office tower. my achievements include designing the electrical power distribution of the final branch distribution boards, designing motor control centers, design of lighting and power circuits, and design of ELV systems, prepared design drawings along with technical specifications & method of statement of each electrical scope of work, performing site inspection for monitoring the electrical construction activities New HQ of SIDF in KAFD Parcel 3.04, encompassing 32 high and mediumlevel workspaces, 2 business centers, a data center, an exhibition center, a central kitchen, and 2 recreational spaces.
• New HQ for National Development Fund in KAFD Parcel 2.05, consist of ten Floors building.
Achievements/Tasks:
- Managing day-to-day technical operations, leading the huge team through working on electrical systems operations while troubleshooting and fixing electrical systems including reporting and documentation as well as developing engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications, reviewing project proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities.
- Providing a high level of advice and developing measurable goals and objectives, as well as determining the high level of testing design models while ensuring that changes can be deployed successfully on a large-scale and operation on all matters related to electrical systems to Assist in the accomplishment of QDesign Consultant goals and objectives.
- Achieved a high level of customer satisfaction through exceeding their expectations as well as completing life cycle projects agreed to timescales while gaining a clear understanding of a clients exact needs & leading all project team resources in a highly professional way.

Main Duties Responsibilities: -
1. Develop the client design brief to suit the specific requirements of the project,
undertake full design management and lead design teams in the development of
design solutions to meet the clients expectations, schedule, and budget.
2. Ensures compliance of design with all applicable codes and regulations.
3. Prepare Tender Documents.
4. Managing and monitoring the design development process across multiple
concurrent disciplines to ensure ongoing coordination, completeness and fit.
5. General Supervision of MEP works and materials and ensuring their compliance
with specification and provides field support during construction.
6. Management and technical responsibility for design, engineering, construction,
commissioning, and handover of the assigned projects in accordance with the
specifications.
7. Ensure the contractor meets design specifications, local and international standards
as applicable.
8. Implementing Project Plans and monitor performance against Project Plan
parameters, coordinate and follow-up areas of concern, analyses trends, take
preventive and corrective action and report.
9. Providing technical assistance to Client to ensure achieving project objectives, and
deadlines as planned.
10. Monitor and expedite contractors procurement of material and equipment.

11. Review any modifications/changes that may occur during the project period,
evaluate its impact on the system and provide acceptable operational solutions.

1-The Expansion of Holy Haram Madinah and Surrounding Areas.

Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for the electrical design review-Review, Comment and approve specification, drawings, and design.
2. General Supervision of electrical works and materials and ensuring their compliance with specification and provides field support during construction.
3. Controlling of Site Electrical works according to the specifications, Contract documents and approved Shop drawings.
4. Ensures that Electrical tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with Quality Management System.
5. Reviews Contractor’s periodic progress reports and ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Provides support for Construction in answering and resolving technical design issues, clarification and interpretation of the design drawings, coordination with other sections.
7. Coordinates with other engineers to ensure implementation of the project governance, specifications, and standards per program requirements. Coordinates with other disciplines to ensure proper coordination of the Electrical aspects of the projects.
8. Coordinates with Contractor’s site staff regarding Electrical works schedule, work sequence and arrangements, resources, and method of work.
9. Prepare written memorandums, technical reports, and correspondence on Electrical Engineering issues. Prepare and give engineering presentations on Electrical Engineering issues.
10. Revise and Check Shop drawings, As-built drawings, Material Submittals & Details.
11. Responsible for materials approval on site.
12. Testing and commissioning for electrical systems.

2-Upgrade of The Electromechanical Works for Madinah Haram and Associated Sites.

Responsibilities:-
1. General Supervision and Site Visits to Evaluate Electrical Works.
2. BOQs, Preparation of technical reports and documents.
3. Testing and commissioning of existing electrical systems.
4. Participate in periodic project progress and review meetings.

Projects:

Achievements/Tasks:
- Reviewing Studies, layouts, study models, construction documents, and boards prepared by designers finally made new proposals while providing strategic direction and managing client expectations in line with the overall Dar Al-Handasah vision.
- Driving positive outcomes by identifying opportunities through translating clients needs and insights into actionable levers with a proven track record explicitly supporting needs though Innovating new ideas while showing creativity and strong attunement to trends.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: -
1. Design Electrical layouts using “AutoCAD” for all systems such as Power System, Lighting System, Low Current System, Power for Mechanical System, Public Address System, Fire Alarm System and Evacuation System.
2. Ensuring that Electrical installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings

4. Make engineering calculations by using calculation Software’s.
5. Quantity Surveying.

1. Aqaba University of Technology. Total built up area is (100, 000) m² I worked on the electrical design for Aqaba university. I have successfully reduced the total cost of the electrical installations by 250 thousand JD, especially the power system for the MV / LV infrastructure.
2. The Kilani Health Care Institute. Built up area is 30, 000 m².
3. Al Rai Printing Complex. Total built-up area of (33000) m².
3. Deera Granda Residential Project. Built up area is 100, 000 m².
4. Al-balqa Applied University (planning faculty). Total built up area is 10.000 m².
5. Al Mowasah Hospital for doctors without borders. Making an electrical evaluation report for the existing hospital. Its area is 10, 000 m².
6. Five intersections in Sana’a, Yemen. Street Lighting.
7. Bassam obied Commercial building. Build up area is 7500 m2.
