 Responsible for assisting local government entities develop their digital maturity plan and build the road map to realize it.
 Establishing a framework for analyzing, evaluating and optimizing digital channels against a set of value drivers, including customer satisfaction and digital channel adoption
 Develop & maintain the government service portfolio through the analysis of services and laying out their respective transformation related activities and assessing its digitized future state readiness.
 Help identify & provide recommendations to local government entities for continuous service improvements opportunities in digital service transformation and follow up on its execution.
 Analyze web site and digital channel performance to maximize customer satisfaction, and supporting local government entities by providing relevant analysis, clear insights and recommendations.
 Ensure that reports track relevant data against KPIs to ensure the digital transformation targets is met in local government entities
 Analyze customer feedback and data and translate it into tangible insights and recommendations and work closely with the User Experience and relevant departments to ensure implementation.
 Understand and measure the digital customer journey to determine options to enhance customer experience
