Key Deliverables:
 Review, interprets contractual scope of work and drawings for more clarity & Verification conducting site visit.
 Planning and management of resources in a cost effective manner
 Preparation & Review of schedules using Primavera P6 & Preparing Equipment list & its scope (work packages for
Execution team).
 Loading of the Schedule / Organizing the schedule /Layouts as per the site and / or Client requirements.
 Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
 Coordinate with Sub contractors to get their schedule and incorporate into the master planning.
 Identify critical activities & Close monitoring to avoid any Mechanical delay
 Updating, Schedules & preparation of Daily / Weekly Progress Reports, Histogram & S-Curve.
 Controlling & monitoring progress of work.
 Prepare recovery plan if any slippage in schedule.
 Monitor Resource Mobilization & Demobilization.
 Review of Project procedures and updating as per the discussions with Field / Operation management.
 Ability to read, interpret and follow procedures, Competent in reading and understandings specifications, drawings
BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and all other project and engineering documentation.
 Keeping records of all work completed and completion of action lists.
 Commands respect of his workforce, and develops excellent working, relationship with all other department personnel as
well as client management.
 Supervises work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercises discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism,
unsafe work practices and idleness
 Develop overall project master schedules derived from the contract and estimate the data provided.
 Update project master schedules as the work progress Analyzer the potential schedule effects of contract variations and
change orders.
 Preparing progress reports for company projects executive management and client accordance with the project controls
procedure and other instructions.

 Participate to the preparation of clients contract billings (progress payment) in accordance with the contract terms and
conditions.
 Conducting meeting with Managers of the project management team and clients as required to discuss status, problem
areas and resolution of such problems. Familiar with all company safety and QA/QC procedures / regulations and strictly
enforces them with the workforce under his responsibility.

engaging with clients for addressing challenging issues
 Representing the company while enhancing relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities and
ensuring implementation of all agreement.

* Fabrication and Erection of Pipe work of carbon steel, stainless steel, low temp steel, galvanized, FRP pipes etc. Pipe
supports Pipe racks.
* Pre-commissioning & commissioning of all installed systems
* Oil & Gas plant turnaround & Shutdown maintenance
* Erection of all mechanical equipment’s for refineries, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, power plants, heavy lifts of
equipment’s& structures, arrangement of canes & other equipment’s, rigging studies, methodology.
* Supervision of welding activities, qualification of the welders, Preparation of WPS & Method statement.
* Project planning, Monitoring & Control scheduling contracts administration.
* Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance work of Petrochemicals, refinery plants.
* Material take-off, tendering, billing etc.
