Actively contribute to the identification and development of digital business opportunities for government

entities and the private sector in support of digital transformation objectives and Saudi Vision 2030. My main

tasks and responsibilities includethe following:
• Exploring and analyzing digital business opportunities aligned with the priorities of government and private

sector entities.
• Supporting the translation of national strategies into well-defined, scoped digital project opportunities.
• Collaborating with decision-makers to define the scope of digital initiatives and estimate their expected

business value.
• Supporting the development of strategic relationships that enhance the chances of winning government and

private sector projects.
• Supporting bid/no-bid decisions through technical and commercial feasibility assessment of opportunities.
• Coordinating with Pre-Sales and technical teams to ensure solution and proposal readiness prior to submission.

Worked on analyzing the requirements of government and private sector entities and designing digital solutions

compliant with terms of reference and specifications. My main tasks and responsibilities included the following:
• Analyzing Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents to extract technical and

commercial requirements.
• Preparing and designing technical and financial proposals for digital transformation projects in accordance with

RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Ensuring alignment of proposed solutions with regulatory requirements and national and international

standards.
• Documenting proposed technical solutions in a structured and clear manner for reference and traceability.
• Presenting and explaining solutions to evaluation committees and decision-makers in a professional manner.
• Participating in post-submission reviews and analyzing feedback from clients to support continuous

improvement.

I undertook the analysis and documentation of requirements for government and private sector entities to

• Supporting requirements analysis and documentation to enable digital solution design.

performance.
• Conducting interactive workshops to improve the quality of the educational process and facilitate knowledge

sharing.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure training programs are aligned with the educational systems

objectives.
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs on teaching performance and measuring their
