Grew the Company sales from opening to reach 75 M
• Drove the Rapid Expansion of Bateel from 0 to 9 locations from 2011 till present
• Responsible to manage all operation team, Cost controllers, catering sales, catering operations, sales team, call centre across all KSA region to achieve company goals
• Manage all Royal accounts, Governmental relation and deals
• Work with Culinary team to develop All permeant and seasonal menus
• Work with Farm and production team for improving all Products
• Work with Corporate team to improve and create new SOP and work strategy
Drove the expansion of 3 new restaurant locations
from July 2017 till September 2018
• Grew with the Retail corporate sales from 4M to 8M
in 2017
• Responsible to manage 8 Restaurants and 11
Boutiques, along with all Operation team, Catering,
Sales, Cost controller and supported divisions
• Set Business Plan for all KSA business for 2019
• Support the organizational structures changes
• Complete all Feasibility Study for new projects
• Support all recruitment and staff promotions
