Conduct data entry of all transactions, receipts, payments, invoices and purchases on daily basis.
 Ensure that all receipt notes are received for entry in the accounts.
 Process the petty cash reconciliation and make necessary reconciliation.
 Perform inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items is in stock.
 Maintain updated & accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
 Process and document returns required following established procedures.
 Review documentation & monitoring product codes to search for discrepancies between stock and
records.
 Assist chief accountant in the preparation of yearly closings
 Prepare trial balances and reconciliations
 Assist senior accountants in the preparation of VAT documents & associated schedules
 Maintain customer satisfaction, develop a good understanding of clients inquiries and provide support
when needed.
