My responsibilities have included the following:
* Provides opportunities for student learning in a variety of contexts that support
social, emotional and physical development of the students.
* Developing Plans for formative assessment
* Leading curriculum planning meetings with grade 8 teachers
* Developing unit plans and support resources
* Delivering professional development sessions
My teaching philosophy

Since educators are a great part of child’s life, they should take pride in their involvement
which will impact their lives and fate. In this regard, they should have a positive attitude,
high expectation, perseverance and diligence to bring out their best in a stimulating teaching
environment. So a great teacher and a determined student can together overcome any
obstacle to learning.
Brief Idea about me
I do believe that education is an important part of human’s life which means that
teachers have a great responsibility to teach students skills using a variety of
educational resources. I have worked for three years as a TDST in my school, which gives me
the ability to design plans that develop higher- order thinking skills of students using
different valuable resources. I also have the ability to design assessments aligned to
curriculum standards. I understand the relationship among curriculum, assessment and
learning strategies. I can use the technology effectively to enrich learning opportunities for
the students.
