Responsibilities:
* Management of the Pressure Control Division Administrations / Operations both onshore and offshore.
* Visit Clients if there are any outstanding issues and for general exposure
* Hold weekly operations meetings with all Staff, attend safety meetings
* Oversee all purchasing and equipment sales as required
* To ensure that all offshore service tickets and reports are received, submitted and filed as appropriates
* Involved in the development and growth of the unit
* Preparation of the Business Plan, Budget and Weekly report
* To ensure prompt delivery and signing of all service tickets from customers
* Process monthly reports to the Divisional GM and clients as required.
* Ensure that all (NCR) reports are followed up completed and filed
* Raise work orders for incoming jobs and the closing of work orders formalities after completion of jobs
* Ensure all equipment is submitted for calibration within allotted calibration period
* Oversee financial reports and invoices
* Monitoring of customers jobs by advising the personnel on requirements and other changes for operational effectiveness
* Promotes the AOSO Orwell brand.
* Ensures compliance with QA manual.
* Ensures compliance with HSE manual.
* Liaise with customers, field personnel and workshop personnel to meet delivery times.
* Ensure the implementation of company policies, guidelines, rules and regulations
* Ensure that budget and WIP targets are met.
* Oversee audit corrective actions and close out issues.
* Oversee all well head installation, maintenance, pressure testing, refurbishing and re-certification operations
