Undertake line management duties and general oversight of the Cost Management service.

Administer and ensure adherence to the Quality Assurance system.
Maintain compliance with internal processes and procedures.

Knowledge Sharing
Prepare cost analyses and benchmarking data for organization.

Review Tender submissions and assist in the evaluation of the same for recommendation to the Employer.
Review and prepare invitations to tender for Major Works including specialist disciplines.
Assist in negotiations to facilitate the placing of Major Contracts.
Manage a team of both pre and post contract commercial staff.
Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance and compliance.
Negotiate financial impacts of compensation events with suppliers.
Analyze cost performance data for monthly reports.
Review the interim payment certificates and recommend for the payments.
