I started working as Customer Information Support Officer in Department of Port and Customs Ajman and my job Description is:
1. Providing Informations and support for customer service team about all transactions and Complaints.
2. Handle the Government Complaints Which are opened through Ajman Contact Center.
3. Training the new joiners for Customer Happiness Center in the Department until they pass the final Assessment.
4. Dealing with the Main Website developer company to solve the Website issues.
5. Preparing the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports for customers inquiries and complaints Which are submitted to higher Management or to other Government Departments.

I had been worked in the same Project (Etisalat Prestige Account) for the previous 2 years and 6 months with Raya Customer Experience Company but I Got Promoted with an External Transfer to Etisalat Company in Ajman Site To Continue work in the same Project Etisalat Prestige Account with Outsourcing Management Business Company .

I worked for Raya customer experience (Etisalat UAE Customer services ) in MS Account from Nov 2019 to Aug 2020,
And I got promoted with internal transfer to Prestige Account from Sep 2020

It's a Turkish Company and Syrian General Manager, Syrian Commercial manager, and Egyptian Financial Manager, it's very good to deal with them, Company works in manufacturing and importing filters from its factory in Turkey and my job is make deals with another companies which works in Heavy transport cars and heavy equipment spare parts, my team was one Secretary to help me in accounting documents and one person to customer service and three persons from stock team to help me and three persons from Sales team to complete the deal ( deliver items and get the cash )

its the company’s main work is retail clothes and has been the director of Egyption nationality, and its Very good to deal with him and to work together in an integrated team to satisfy customer specifications and to persuade them at commodity that we offer them to sale And i was a VisualMerchandiser And Shift in charge in this Branch
