Regional Blood Center Sukkur is a project of Government of Sindh awarded to SBDDS (Sukkur Blood Donation and Drugs Society), which is the Parent Company of RBC Sukkur. This Project was inaugurated on 14th Feb 2018 with the sole objective of providing safe and screened blood transfusion services to the deserving patients of Civil Hospitals and Government Institutions of 7 major cities of Sindh Province namely Sukkur, Larkana, Jecobabad, Khairpur, Shikarpur, Ghotki and Shadadcoat.
Responsibilities:
 Overall Management of the Project including Financial Management, Procurement, Administration, Marketing and ensuring accomplishment of Technical KPI’s by the Technical Team as set by the Government Authority.
 Financial Management includes management of Capex and Opex budgets as set by the Government Authority
 Procurement Management thereby ensuring that Procurement is carried out as per the rules and regulations set by SEPRA (Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority)
 Administrative Management includes design and implementation of Human Resource and Administration Policies to ensure harmony and discipline within the organization.
 Control and supervision of Marketing Team employed for the purpose of organizing Blood Donation Camps to ensure effective and positive results from the camps thereby maintaining adequate level of Blood Inventory.

Tripack Films Limited (Tri-Pack) - a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan and Packages Limited of Pakistan was incorporated as a Public Listed Company on April 29, 1993 to produce Biaxially Orientated Polypropylene (BOPP) films in Pakistan.
 Analysis of balance sheet and PNL accounts including ratio analysis and report writing.
 Fixed assets management including preparation & maintenance of capex budget.
 Product costing including inventory valuation and advising management key areas of operational cost saving.
 Dealing with all taxation matters including sales tax & income tax audits and reconciliation with accounts.
 Authorizing payment batches, import documentation and posting of import bills. .
Achievements:
 Successfully coordinated with FBR and tax consultants to complete Sales Tax & WHT Audits of last 5 years.
 Through review of liability accounts and advising management areas where provisional accounts were overstated.

Responsibilities:
 Ensured a strong accounting and operational control environment to improve operations and profitability.
 Provide excellent leadership by assigning team members and other department’s managers' clear accountability.

 Overall Financial Management and Administration of the above 5 Group Companies on SAP FI Module (Financial Information)
 Complete Payroll processing in SAP HR Module for GECO Engineering and review of payroll of other 4 inter companies.
 Complete Working Capital Management through SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Module for Sales & Debtors Management and Inventory and Purchase Management through SAP MM (Materials Management) Module.
 Working closely with the General Manager to fulfill their requirements and participate as part of the management group.
 Fulfill financial & statistical analysis requirements from Head Office.
 Responsible for preparing annual budgets and uploading the budgets & forecast into SAP CO (Controlling Module)
Achievements:
 Improved the system reporting capability of the accounting software thereby closely coordinating with the IT Dept for new reporting requirements or any flaws in the current reporting system.

 Streamlining the Debtors Management System in terms of ensuring complete documentation during the credit sales transactions and while opening a new customer account to avoid any sorts of bad debts later.

Responsibilities:
 Supervising the Project Accounting, Financial Management and Reporting of a number of EPC Projects including two major projects namely GPS Chem Oil worth USD 100 Million and Gulf Petrochem worth AED 125 Million.
 Ensuring strict adherence to departmental budgets, all costs are controlled and expenditures are approved.
 Reviewing the terms & conditions of the contract to determine profitability and to ensure that direct cost being incurred remains within the budgets estimated at the time of filing the tender.
 Meeting with Project Cost Controllers or Project Managers to review collection status of respective projects.
 Authorizing payments to suppliers and subcontractors ensuring it is made within budgetary limits.
 Managing the trade finance activities for the projects including LC opening and bank guarantees.
Achievements:
 Improved the Financial Reporting Environment as initially revenue was being recognized merely based on job margins calculated at the start of the project or based on advice of the project managers. I successfully implemented the policy of revenue being recognized based on percentage of completion method as per IAS 11 (Accounting for construction contracts.

Responsibilities:
•Tasked to oversee the financial reporting and financial management of two ongoing residential and commercial projects namely Dubai Lagoon and Schon Business Park.
•Reviewed weekly and monthly reports prepared by Accountants such as Sales & Monitoring Report, Supplier Balances Report, Credit Card Reconciliation and Outstanding & Inventory Report.
•Authorized all payments to the Consultants, Subcontractors, Engineers and Architects at project site based on the contracts and payment schedules agreed by the Company.
•Coordinated with Banks and Real Estate Regulatory Authority / Land Department for processing contractual and other major payments such as Commission & Marketing expenses through the Escrow Account based on rules & regulations set by the RERA Dept.

•Given a special assignment and played a key role in the implementation of Oracle Accounting system. Worked alongside ERP Software Solution providers and managed a team of accountants ensuring the accuracy and timely presenting of data for upload in Oracle system.
•Successfully developed the detailed Chart of Accounts that could meet the organizational reporting requirements.
