• Work with the country leadership to develop Gender and Safeguarding Action Plans for promoting and building an inclusive and equal office culture and environment.
• Conduct gender analyses, annual risk assessment and self-assessment for all targeted communities.
• Conduct quarterly gender and Safeguarding audits of activities such as trainings and distributions, facilities and share reports.
• Conduct quarterly trainings and refreshment sessions regarding Anti- Sexual Harassment (ASH), Sexual Harassment Exploitation & Abuse (SHEA), Gender core concept and Gender mainstreaming.
• Conduct regular Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI) Trainings, Safeguarding awareness, refreshment sessions and training for clients, incentive workers, Community Volunteers, and staff.
• Supervise Client Responsiveness and Accountability (CRA) mechanisms, analyze feedback and complaints from children, people of all gender’s beneficiaries, and share feedback with the CRA team.
• Support Gender Equality Diversity and Inclusion Champions & Women@Work Groups and Safeguarding leads by conducting regular meetings and providing technical mentorship.
