New Receiving pipes Inspection

- Follow up implementation of project inspection test plan (ITP) and prepare method statements, NDT maps and QC forms.

- Inspection & review all activity for piping, boilers and tanks as per specification & procedure.

- Prepare all NDT reports and welding data sheet.
- Interpretation of radiographic films.

- Supervision to qualification welders in according code and prepare Welders certificate.

- Ensure the welders are using and follow the approved welding procedures.

- Follow and verified the preheat and PWHT operation as per code.

- Inspection and turn over all press. Test package for all system piping pneumatic & hydro Testing

- Inspection of installation pumps & equipment leveling and alignment.
