• Jaber Al-Ahmad Causeway Sites Development Bid (JCB): PPP project spanning over 1.7 M sqm of land consisting of four sites (2 banks and 2 islands), comprising of a business hub, sports hub, entertainment hub, and hospitality and recreational facilities complimented by retail with a total value of USD 1 Bn.
• The Avenues Bahrain: Regional Mall and 2 Hotel over two phases with a total value of USD 0.4 Bn.
• The Avenues Riyadh: Mixed-use development with a total value of USD 4 Bn.
•The Avenues Khobar: Mixed-use development with a total value of USD 1.7 Bn.

Main Accomplishments:
• Led the formulation and execution of Development Strategy for major investment projects, resulting in significant portfolio growth increasing Assets Under Management by 2.4 times.
• Utilized a Powerhouse approach to manage and optimize a diverse investment portfolio with an average ROI of 12%, leading to an increased profit base by 20% over the last five years and an expected doubled growth with the completion of projects under construction.

• Managed, budgeted, maintained the cash flows, and assessed the performance of operating properties in Kuwait, Bahrain,
Oman, UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, UK, and USA of over USD 500 million value in value collectively.
• Conducted feasibility studies, prepared budgets, and evaluated under construction projects in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon,
Oman, and Morocco of over USD 1 billion in value collectively.
• Assisted in the investment process of a USD 400 million worth project in Morocco from sourcing to completion.
• Assessed the feasibility of other investments in Cyprus, France, Qatar, and UAE.
• Evaluated and maintained records of land bank in the GCC.
• Managed, on behalf of URC, prepared and updated the Asset Allocation model, conducted due diligence, and assessed the
performance of KAMCO Real Estate Yield Fund, an income generating open ended real estate fund with USD 28 million
capital.
• Evaluated the performance of a portfolio of indirect investments of URC in real estate investment, real estate
development, and real estate services companies.
• Coordinated with third parties including consultants, financial advisors, property managers, facility managers, brokers,
and developers to ensure the establishment of a wide network for sourcing and exiting investments and effectively
managing existing assets.
• Made recommendations to the Investment Committee pertaining to the investment and disposal of certain assets, credit
strategies, and the selection of appropriate property and facilities managers.
• Reviewed periodic reports prepared by team analysts including Operating Properties Report, Land Bank Report, Loans
Report, Executive Report, and Companies Recommendations Report.
