Job Responsibilities as Quality Management Representative:

• Establishment of processes for implementation & maintenance of Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2000
• Reporting the top management on performance of Quality Management System at the Management review and suggesting any need improvements
• To develop and update Quality Manual of the company and to issue the controlled copies of the same.
• Planning & conducting Internal Audits periodically & reporting audit findings to the concerned.
• Organizing Management Review periodically
• To liaison with external agencies for certification and surveillance audits
• Ensuring all the process and procedures for all the departments are defined and implemented
• Ensuring corrective actions for audit findings are implemented and to report the status of audit finding to top management
• To ensure customer requirements are reviewed regularly and the performance is monitored
• To ensure customer satisfaction surveys are carried to meet the target in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Evaluation of Vendors performance in order to satisfy customer needs
• Continuous training of all employees on Customer’s requirements.

Job Responsibilities as QA/QC Manager:

• Responsible for First off clearance of the product
• To ensure incoming, in-process and Final Inspection
• Handling customer complaints and feed back to the customers
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• To evaluate the performance of Vendors with respect to Quality of outsourced items.
• Assisting in vendor development
• Preparation of Quality Plans & Control Plans
• Preparation of PPAP documents
• Working with all the departments to establish procedures, standards and systems
• Arranging calibration of instruments as and when due
• Training of Quality Inspectors
• To coordinate with all the departments to ensure delivery of quality products to the customer.
• Recording, analyzing, distributing statistical information & monitoring performance

•Subject taught are Production Engineering Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Thermodynamics, Industrial Engineering, Fluids Lab, Strength of Material Lab, Workshop Technology
