1- Generate project progress charts and cost reports
2- Cost control, forecasting and cost reporting.
3- Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports
4- Monitor, evaluate and update project cost data on budgeted amounts.
5- Submit monthly reports to Project Manager and support internal reports preparation.
6- Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
7- Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
8- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and
claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are
captured and properly recorded.
9- Support past period cost performance report and fiscal budget annually.
