Implementation and troubleshooting of firewalls site to site and SSL VPN connections.

Level 1 Troubleshooting for the MPLS circuits ( IP VPN, DIA, PLL, DLL )By checking customer's routers
configuration.

* Providing a solutions for customers problems according to the results of the

* Managing the tickets for customers and ISPs for the configuration and physical problems and Refer the
tickets to the E-NOC.

Telecommunications) during the mentioned period which includes:
* Introduction to SITA Network.
* Communication Protocols on the SITA Network (X.25, X.28, P1024B, P1024C, P1040).
* Operation of the SITA users interfaces system (UIS & XIS).
* Installation and Maintenance of SITA user's high speed and low speed
Communication terminals.
* Testing and fixing the SITA Trunk lines and leased lines in coordination with PTT.
