• Architected and developed the DEX Platform in-house using GitHub Copilot — a full-stack application (database,
back-end, front-end) with an active collector agent deployed across endpoints to gather real-time performance and
health data.
• Replaced external endpoint notification and survey platforms with the DEX Platform, enabling direct employee
feedback collection, improving engagement, and reducing third-party licensing costs.
• Designed automated healing scripts and patch remediation workflows, cuting recurring service desk tickets and
reducing manual remediation effort.
• Built Power BI and Excel dashboards with live automated updates via MS Power Automate, giving leadership real
time visibility into workstation, network, and ISP performance.
• Developed an AI agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrated with MS Teams for company-wide use —
