Maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing,
and delivering items.
• Managing warehouse staff, which includes ensuring that they are
working safely.
• Inspecting, maintaining, and managing warehouse equipment and
vehicles.
• Keeping detailed records of warehouse activities.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Managing the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and
minimize overtime.
• Oversee the purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• vendor development, maintaining vendor records & vendor selection
(negotiations & preparing vendor comparison statements).
• Generating POs where required, tracking PO performance & maintaining
purchase records.

Overseeing and monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery
times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and
processing shipments.
• Tackling and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
• Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce.
• Keeping track of the cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets.
Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or
materials.
• Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay.
• Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team
communication by setting expectations, and communicating the
company’s goals or objectives.
• Taking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or
transportation matters.
• Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in
compliance. Examples include cost statement, health certificates,
permits, etc.
• Working in relation to production departments, quality assurance, and
supply chain analysts in the organisation.

Acquire the objectives and targets of the organization by proper
planning and organizing the progress of all routine activities related to
Warehouse.
• Management inventory control such as receipts, issuance, storage,
retrieval, timely delivery of goods, proper handling, disposal of
material and then recording of documents.
• Effective and efficient coordination with Production and Quality
Assurance departments for any discrepancy.
• Continuous purchases of all types of locally available materials as
well as globally and arranging designing and development.
• Enquiry with supplier for RFP, RFQ as per material specifications,
proper negotiations, cost comparison and liason with vendors for
delivery of goods/shipment on prescribed lead terms.
• Clearance of import shipments upon Cargo Arrival Notice from
Freight forwarder/Cargo Services etc.
• Preparation of export shipping documents and its legalization with
regulatory affairs, product registration under the Certifications
Body.
• Evaluate and monitoring the supplier performance and rating on
their material quality, timely delivery etc. as per defined procedure.

Checks incoming orders against items listed on requisition, invoices or other.
•Takes items from stock to fill requisition & issues equipment & supplies to staff as requested with proper authority.
•Initials orders & supplies as needed, delivers materials to location as required.
•Maintains stock room in clean and orderly manner.
•Responsible for all warehouse operations activities.
