- Set the strategy for the repositioning and value proposition of QNB’s creative platform and brand perception
- Handled the full account management operations including, planning, content creation, finance and execution
- Provided proactive planning to achieve industry leading marketing activities for QNB
- Managed the planning and production of world-class video content
- Delivered marketing and communication material in record breaking deadlines: fastest bank annual report in the world
- Guided the communication campaigns with the Retail Business Units
- Aligned the communication strategy with QNB’s marketing objectives
- Led the work on the Agency’s strategic pitches including research, strategy, planning and content presentation
