* Main responsibilities : 
- Re-engineering and documentation business process procedures (Map and Analyze As-Is Process).
- Fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in critical, contemporary measures of performance such as cost, quality, service and speed "
- Preparing the reports BPR modeling (Design To-Be process )
- Apply the principles of total quality management (QTM and Six Sigma Technique ) on the progress of operations
- Application of Internal Audit by using key performance indicators

Working in material and planning department at FNSS & AUC company for development of equipment and vehicles military mechanisms
*Main responsibilities :
-determining the requirements starting with raw materials, consumables, spare parts and all other materials ( BOM ) that are required to meet the given production plan for a certain period.
-Follow the material shipments from the supplier (Vendors) to the factory (production station)
- Ensure materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers
-Maintain the lowest possible material and product levels in store
