-Participate in the organization & Development of company structure.
-Formulate policies and Procedures to implement the company plans in terms of HR activities that helps in achieving the company overall strategic plan.
-Prepare monthly & annually statistics about company human resources needs and future plan.
-Develop, Manage, and control a professional operational mechanism for implementation and control of all HR & HRD activities (Ext: recruitment &selection, hiring activities, setting the manpower plans and recruitment process, prepares recruitment budget, Exit Interview.
-Setting training and development policy, setting the training plan & Budget for each department & division for all the company, develop training materials, Evaluation, promotion, career development structure.
-Manage and organize all activities related to salaries, benefits & compensation.
-Develop initiatives to increase workers loyalty & boost collective & individual performances.
-Manage and coordinate the execution of departments &divisions needs.
-Manage and coordinate the evaluation process and training needs assessments.
-Company orientation and colleague introduction for new recruits.
-Manage and organize all activities related to performance appraisal of new recruit and annual with related technical manager.
-Assist & advice employees in their internal career development based on development career plans.
-Supervise the personnel practices in its dealing with governmental agencies “labor office, social insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, transportation.
-Manage employees’ job offers, reference checks, pre-employment health examinations, new contracts, contracts’ renewal, end of service settlement process and its related communication with all governmental authorities.
-Maintain proper relationship & communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards. Make sure that all governmental employees’ records are up to date.
-Ensure issuing all governmental monthly and periodical payments checks on time in coordination with the finance department.
-Manage orientations for new employed candidates includes company code of conduct and ensure proper care is taken when using company machinery and assets to prevent injury or damage.
-Review and manage employee after hiring benefits including social insurance (form1, 2, 6), medical insurance, life insurance, governmental medical insurance, bank account, company ID, and other related employee logistics needed.
-Maintain proper employee engagement benefits plan including trips, discount cards, events and social charity sharing.
-Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations that will reflect on employees’ salary and manage vacations yearly settlements.
-Manage code of conduct violations investigations, handle labor and social insurance office complaints and coordinate with legal department in case of labor litigation claims occurred.
-Review life insurance new additions, deletions & claims, and manage invoices payments.
-Review all employees’ issues like complaints, feedback, HR letters, bank loan requests, inquiries, and salary related issues and make sure that requests are handled and responded on time.
-Ensure all employees database is up to date, maintaining and updating Filling system to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations.
-Managing staff feedback through Satisfaction survey, complaints and suggestions box, & exit Interviews.
-Prepare periodical headcount & turnover reports, reasons of dismissal and set a control action plan.
-Develop Employee Relations department processes & procedures to facilitate work process and reflect in serving employees.
-Prepare company monthly payroll in calibration with the finance team.
