The project is poised to become the world’s largest urban park, spanning approximately 16.6 sq km with a project value 6.2 billion Saudi Riyal. It comprises the MEP utilities and Assets buildings.

Current Job Responsibilities
(a) Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
(b) Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
(c) Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
(d) Provides guidance, managerial, technical support towards the project goals.
(e) Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
(f) Monitoring and controlling program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
(g) Liaise and collaborate with clients and stakeholders, in order to ensure all parties are informed and aware of project progress and expectations.
(h) Manage changes to the projects scope, projects schedule and projects costs using appropriate verification techniques.
(j) Identify problems with system performance and determine cost effective solutions.
(j) Perform risk management to minimize projects risks.
(k) Report to Project Manager as part of day-to-day delivery.
(l) Leading and motivating the subcontractors to accomplish their jobs fully.
(m) Managing the preparation of site progress Daily/Weekly/ Monthly reports.
(n) Arranges meetings between the Contractor and concerned departments/organizations to resolve interfacing problems during construction

Overall Job Responsibilities in the Company
a) Lists out all balanced activities and the material required to finish the remaining works by reviewing the previous documents and noticed during site walks.
b) Coordinating with the supplier and the commercial team to arrange spare parts material in order to hand them over to the facility management team.
c) Providing the solution and implementing the same to enhance the MEP systems' performance in order to carry out the testing and commissioning.
d) Leads the delivery (time, cost, quality) of assigned packages.
e) Supervise and manage the contractors to ensure the works are constructed as per specifications and to established milestone dates.
f) Manage and direct the supervision team to undertake day to day inspection of the works.
g) Maintained a very high level of safety awareness and ensure the contractor complies with his obligations.
h) Remove the bottlenecks to delivery on behalf of the contractor.
i) Negotiates changes to the scope of works with client and key subcontractors.
j) Assigns responsibility to key subordinates in their respective fields of expertise.
k) Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost, schedule, performance or Client relation.
l) Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.
m) Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field.

1. GATEWAY TOWERS Car Park Podium, the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai July 2008 - March 2009
The project involves designing and installation of MEP for a B+G+14-storey podium.

2. METRO RED LINE & AND GREEN LINE OVER GROUND STATIONS AND FOOT BRIDGES. (April 2009 - July 2011) (Mall of Emirates, Financial Centre, Emirates Tower Redline foot bridges sites finished as an HVAC Engineer. On Green Line - Abu Baker station and footbridges worked as a Construction Manager)
