Pre-commissioning
- Supervise and approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines.
- Review designs and supervise onsite-commissioning activities.
- Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and
checklists and raise any potential conflicts.
- Fabricating pipelines in different department in the plant according to the isometric drawings
and P&ID.
- Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and
optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.
- Doing the Pre-commissioning tests of the equipment with foreign experts and making the
final mechanical adjustment before the start-up.
- Supervision of the installation of the HVAC units after dealing with the companies to get the
best offer of the required systems according to the shop drawing and ASHRAE code.
- Carrying out steel structure work according to shop drawings.
- Responsible for insulating all the equipment with a specific thickness for each one according
to the P&ID.
After start-up
- Supervising, monitoring and controlling the ongoing site activities ensuring project
deliverable are met as per project requirements and constrains.
- Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate broken parts, and
complete repairs using specialized tools.
- Manage whole-building mechanical systems, including completing routine maintenance,
performing efficiency tests, repairing broken machines, and recommending upgrades when
necessary.
-Design Preventive Maintenance Programs for all critical items of machinery and equipment
and lubrication programs for all plant machinery.
- Responsible for the implementation of
these programs, monitoring the effectiveness of the program, and making modifications as
necessary.
- Following up the mechanical technician team in different mechanical installation in the plant.
- Listing the spare parts for all equipment.
- Following safety policies and procedures.
