My responsibilities include providing level 2 & 3 support for multiple VoIP Client in KSA.
• Handling IP Telephony queries for different customers on daily bases.
• Management and troubleshooting of Cisco IP Telephony Solution (Voice gateways, CUCM, Voice Mail & Cisco IP phones)
• Preparing daily health check report & Incident reports for IP Telephony Solution
• Designing, Implementing & supporting IPT & Network solutions as per client's requirements.
• Having Ownership of Backups for all IP Telephony Applications and Network devices.
• Preparing Action Plan documents to performing upgradation of Cisco Network Applications (Routing & Switching) & Voice Applications.

In depth knowledge of Cisco IPCC solution. Hands-on experience of installing the core components of IPCC. It includes installation and configuration of ICM router, Logger, Distributor, CVP, and CTIOS etc. Also have a sound understanding and practical knowledge of ICM and CVP scripting.

Unified Communications
Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco unified communication. Hands on installation and configuration of UC products. It includes CUCM, Unity connections.

Voice Gateways and Gatekepeers
Configuring Cisco Voice Gateway for ss7 E1, PRI and analog interfaces FXO /FXS. Also preparing voice gateway as ingress, vxml and outbound gateway.

PSTN GW (PGW)
Have a hand on experience of installing sun Solaris on Netra 240, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco MGC 9.5.2. Maintenance task like upgrading patches, taking configuration backups and monitoring the different parameters to ensure smooth running of this core component.
