• Develop HSE Plan outlining the policies & procedures to be followed by the Business Units and Contractors.
• Clearly communicate group HSE requirements to the factory team and ensure development and timely delivery of HSE deliverables as required by the group HSE policy.
• Establish a good working relationship, promoting and advising on Health &Safety issues with the Client, Project Team and the Contractors.
• Support line management in monitoring and complying company standards and ensure statutory duties are being met and conduct audit as required by the installation including permit to work system audits.
