Responsible of the legal work in a Financial Institution: drafting contracts and minutes, communicating with the Central Bank and other actions, supporting claim department by perusing files and advising;
Responsible of the legal work in a Credit Insurance company: drafting contracts and minutes, communicating with the client/debtors and other actions, supporting claim department by perusing files, advising, and taking legal measures;
Drafting all kind of agreements and transactions related to corporate day to day business;
Drafting business agreements and international sales of goods agreements;
Drafting distribution and franchising agreements, website legal terms and privacy policy, structuring and drafting partnerships agreements, mergers, memorandum of understanding, non-disclosure agreements…etc.
Reviewing all kind of contracts, commenting and analyzing information;
Translating all kind of legal documents and agreements;
Undertaking due diligence investigation and writing reports exposing the findings;

Liaising with the Insurance Control Commission (the regulatory body of insurance companies in Lebanon)
Drafting all kind of agreements (reschedule agreements, settlement agreements…) and all legal documents (memos, warning letters…),
Studying claims and advising as to the measures to be taken.
Collaborating and follow up with law firms in different countries regarding claims and legal actions in these countries.
