• Perform Inspection as per DA 2404 PMIS form, Scheduled Service and maintenance, Repair & Replace worn out or defective parts, Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS) on OSHKOSH Equipment such as Mine-Resistant Ambush Protective All-Terrain Vehicle (MATV), M985A4-Cargo, M978A4-Fueler, M985-Wrecker, M1075/6, and other military vehicles like MAXXPRO, HMMWV.
• Comply with local regulations for handling and disposal of hazardous materials like batteries, acids, used oils, and coolant in a safe manner by using PPE, gloves, helmet, mask, safety boots, and eye protection.

• Perform Automotive Electrical and Mechanical jobs on different brands of vehicles like German, Italian, Japanese, European, and American cars.
• Diagnose, Troubleshoot, Re-Program, and Actuate ECUs, Solenoids, Sensors, etc. with Scantools like Bosch FSA, Autologic, Launch, Tech2, Autel, and Abrites Programmer.
• Familiar with Fuel Injector Machine, Bosch AC Machines, Brake Disc Refacing Machine, PICO Tools, Fluke Thermal Imaging Camera, Snap-on Flex Camera, Fluke Automotive Multimeter, Hydrocarbon Tester, Wheel Balancer, Drilling Tools, and Solders.
• Fill-up Job cards in accordance with Manufacturer's rate on specific work done using a special software application approved by all car manufacturers.

• Supervise Technicians and Team Leaders on their work procedures, safety, and work practices based on standardized work and diagnostic protocols used by different automotive dealerships. • Receive Kuwait Police vehicles (Traffic Police, Border Patrol, Immigration, General Headquarters, and Jail Department). Initiates automotive service and repair by evaluating & confirming vehicle performance problems and services required; projecting cost estimates; processing service & repair documentation; vehicle service record administration. • Monitor Electrical Section and Tune-Up Section on their vehicle status, parts requisition, and job efficiency. • Perform Troubleshooting jobs with selected technicians at special case vehicles and at the same time train and teach the said technicians with new diagnostic and repair procedures new to them. • Report directly to Project Engineers for complaints, additional manpower, special and regular tools, and other things relevant and necessary to the section's improvement.

Diagnose vehicle's computer with Scantools such as Autologic, Bosch FSA, Launch X431, Genysis 4.0, Star Autoboss, Star Diagnosis for Mercedes Benz, Tech2. Perform Major and Minor Service and Repair on all brands of cars, American, European, German, Italian, and Japanese. Do overhauling jobs on 4, straight 6, V6, and V8 engines. Electrical diagnosis and Fault tracing. Airconditioning Jobs. Tire Balancing. Road Testing. Airbag Jobs. Comprehensive Technician Jobs.

Diagnose vehicle computers such as PCM, TCM, SRS, ABS, BCM, etc using same as original Scantools. Inspect vehicle leaks, damages, paintjobs, engine & transmission condition. Service and maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnose and report particular complaints of customers like engine faults, transmission
jerks/lags, electrical problems of Airbags, Air Suspension, Lightings, etc.
• Roadtests different brands and makes of vehicles and check thoroughly noises, jerks,
