 Leading and managing all financial facets of a diversified company encompassing (a production factory, a wholesale & retail showroom, and a project execution division), while ensuring financial integration, operational efficiency, profitability, and full compliance with Saudi regulations.  Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement unified operational and capital budgets for the overall company and for each activity (Factory, Showroom, Projects) individually. Analyze costs, revenues, and the effectiveness of each sector, and monitor financial performance against approved budgets. Formulate strategic financial plans for expanding existing activities or entering new ventures.  Accounting & Financial Control: Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the company and separate statements for each activity, with accurate allocation of costs and revenues, particularly for project-based activities per contract. Manage accounts receivable and payable, and follow up on the collection of project and showroom receivables.  Liquidity & Cash Flow Management: Plan and manage cash flow to accommodate the varying nature of the activities—from the cyclical operations of the factory and showroom to the disbursement and expenditure timelines of long-term projects. Establish appropriate credit policies for project and retail clients.  Cost, Inventory & Project Control: Analyze production costs in the factory and operational costs in the showroom, and monitor project budgets against actual costs. Design effective systems for managing factory and showroom inventory, and track purchase and material costs for each project.  Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive, periodic financial performance reports that clearly show the results of each activity separately (factory profitability, showroom margins, individual project performance). Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project profit margin, project completion rate within budget, and inventory turnover.  Compliance & Taxation: Ensure full compliance with Zakat, Tax (including Value-Added Tax - VAT) regulations for all activities, considering the distinct characteristics of each (sales, contractual projects). Supervise tax and Zakat filings and ensure adherence to accounting standards.  Strategic Financial Management & Pricing: Evaluate the financial feasibility of proposed projects and contribute to formulating competitive price quotations supported by cost analysis. Manage banking relationships to secure financing for working capital requirements of major projects.  Team Leadership & Development: Supervise the accounting and finance team, and develop financial policies and procedures tailored to the diverse nature of the business activities. Train the team on managing the financial aspects of projects within the Odoo accounting system and evaluate their performance.
