Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with
regulations.
• Associated safety requirements, and safety standards per HCIS directives.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety
standards.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to promote a safety-conscious culture and provide training on safety
protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments related to sewage treatment plant operations and recommended measures to mitigate
identified risks.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans to address potential incidents and accidents.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing sewage treatment plants.
• Develop and implement environmental management programs to minimize the plant's impact on the
surrounding ecosystem.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Provide training to plant personnel on HSE procedures, emergency response, and environmental awareness.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through communication and awareness campaigns.

Serve as Chief of the HSE Department, accountable for managing the facility, associated maintenance
requirements, and safety standards per CBAHI directives.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with facility goals and quality assurance objectives.
• Plan and organize the overall safety report and record, supervising the installation of new machinery safely.
• Prepare and uphold the PPM schedule for training, third party inspection, sit inspection, overseeing budgetary
and operational requirements for the Safety Department.
• Responsible for engaging with contractors regarding project communications, offering frequent status updates.

Analyzing and calculating the company’s products, then entering the products’ results into Intranet system.
